New Landlords Facilities Management Manual

ACS has been working alongside Employers in Voluntary Housing for over 20 years now, where we initially developed a Health & Safety Management System for some 160 Housing Associations and have subsequently provided a support service comprising audits, safety briefings, training, helplines and consultancy.

We are now delighted to introduce a new Landlord Compliance Manual with supporting Implementation Visits, Helpline, Audits and Briefings to ensure these organisations can manage their legal compliance obligations as ‘Landlords’ and well as ‘Employers’. This Manual offers the first ever total compliance system to help Property and Estates personnel ensure compliance is assured in delivering safe housing.

From Asbestos, Fire and Gas Safety in domestic premises to lighting, play parks and statutory inspection regimes, this new Manual helps Housing Associations to develop a formalised Management System for all their Landlord’s compliance issues.
