About ACS Learning & Consultancy

Established in 1978, ACS Learning & Consultancy is a Scottish based health, safety, and wellbeing consultancy. We deliver consultancy, training, and compliance services across education, housing, construction, and industrial sectors. We have ambitious growth plans over the next two years and are seeking a senior professional to lead our 5-person Health & Safety department.

Why Join ACS?

We are not grey people sitting behind desks ticking boxes. Our team has crawled through ducts, worked on projects from Chile to the Falklands, and solved problems that don't come with a manual. We are practical, hands-on consultants who get stuck in.

This is a rare opportunity to take genuine ownership of your career. You'll have real agency in your work and the freedom to shape how the department operates, influence the direction we take, and forge your own path. If you're tired of rigid structures and want a role where you can actually make decisions and see the impact of your ideas, this is it.

We're growing, we're ambitious, and we need someone who wants to build something, not just manage it.
